The S7-1500 control system offers a wide range of expansion cards for communication, technology, and I/O. It is available in both a Fail-Safe version with safety functions and a Fault-Tolerant version for applications requiring redundancy, as well as in a SIPLUS version for harsh environmental and chemical conditions.
